For your convenience, you may drop off paperwork and/or payments in the Village of New Lexington dropbox located on Januarius MacGahan Avenue or in the dropbox located along the wall inside of the municipal building (building is locked from 4 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily). Should you require assistance in completing your Village Income Tax form, please have a printed copy of your W2(S) and your Federal Tax Form(S). We cannot print your information for you.

2023 Individuals and Businesses:

There is a $25.00 fee for each failure to timely file. The Village of New Lexington shall abate the penalty assessed on a taxpayer’s first failure to timely file a return.

There is a 15% penalty for late payments. This is a one-time charge per occurrence.
